Scuffaroo uses cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the platform (always on), and — only with your consent — analytics and marketing cookies. You choose what you're happy with on our cookie banner, and can decline the non-essential ones and still use the site fully.

3. Essential cookies
The cookies we use are strictly necessary to provide the service you have requested — for example, to keep you logged in. Under UK law, strictly necessary cookies do not require your consent. Without them, the platform cannot function properly.
4. Analytics cookies
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are viewed and how people move through the quote journey — so we can improve it. These cookies are only set if you choose "Accept analytics" on our cookie banner. If you choose "Essential only", no Google Analytics cookies are set and you are not tracked by them. IP addresses are anonymised and we do not enable Google advertising signals.
We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which measures aggregate page views without setting any cookies and without collecting information that identifies you. Because it is cookieless and anonymous, it does not require consent.
5. Marketing cookies
With your permission, we use advertising pixels from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok. These let us show you relevant Scuffaroo ads on those platforms after you've visited our site (known as retargeting). They are only set if you choose "Accept all" on our cookie banner — if you choose "Analytics only" or "Essential only", no marketing cookies are set and you won't be retargeted by us. You can decline these and still use the site fully.
6. Third-party cookies
We use hCaptcha for bot protection on our forms. hCaptcha may set its own cookies for the purpose of fraud prevention. Please see hCaptcha's privacy policy at hcaptcha.com for more information.
Our hosting provider (Vercel) and database provider (Supabase) may set technical cookies as part of platform operation. These are strictly necessary and do not track you across other websites.
7. Managing cookies
You can change your analytics choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which will bring the cookie banner back. You can also control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging in to Scuffaroo or using core features of the platform.
