Everything you need to know about Scuffaroo.
Repairers submit business, experience and insurance information for review before activation. Their profile and customer feedback help you compare options. If you need the current checks completed for a particular repairer, ask Scuffaroo before booking.
You have 48 hours after the repair is completed to review the before and after photos and either approve the payment or raise a dispute. If you raise a dispute, our team reviews the evidence and makes a fair decision — options include a partial refund, full refund, or requiring the repairer to redo the work.
We can notify up to 3 eligible local repairers about your job. Each repairer quotes independently and cannot see the others’ prices. All accepted quotes are fixed unless you explicitly approve an amendment before work starts. The total shown at checkout includes the platform fee.
If a repairer discovers additional damage before starting work, they must flag it in the app and submit a revised quote before touching your car. You can approve or decline. If you decline, you receive a full refund minus a small call-out fee.
No — Scuffaroo works in your browser on any device. On iPhone and Android you can add it to your home screen for an app-like experience, but there's nothing to download from the App Store.
If a valid promotion is available, the checkout will show where to enter it and the terms that apply.
Timing varies with the damage, location and participating repairers. We will show any responses received; submitting a request does not guarantee that a quote will be available.
